Delete your Vipuick account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Vipuick account and associated data (Vipuick is a Quepuick product).

How to request deletion

1. Open the Vipuick app (or Vipuick STG for the staging build) and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm Schedule deletion. You will receive an email with a cancel link.
4. After the grace period, Vipuick permanently deletes the account.

Grace period

Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period. You can cancel from Settings, the email link, or the next sign-in prompt before the scheduled date.

Data deleted

After the grace period, we delete account credentials, profile data, messages and media you own where technically feasible, wallet/credits balances tied to the account, and related app preferences.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records required by law or legitimate business needs (for example payment/transaction records for tax and fraud prevention, and security logs) for a limited additional period, then delete or anonymize them.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email hello@quepuick.com from your account email and ask to delete your Vipuick account.
